Here are some fun character development pages! I decided to go with a friendly, middle aged teacher. I started with basic character exploration, just thinking about shapes and silhouette. Next, I picked one of the designs that I liked and sketched out some fun expressions. After that, I thought of some gestures. Lastly, I explored some color ideas. There's still more that can be done to really flesh out the character, like a turn around, exploring even more gestures/expressions etc. but I think this is good enough for now. I hope you like the process, I had fun working on it :)
